Centurion Health is seeking an Addiction Recovery Specialist for Heritage Trail Correctional Facility in Plainfield, Indiana. The role focuses on delivering outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling to inmates, under supervision, with a day shift Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, CADAC II or higher certification, and be able to obtain required TB screening, CPR/BLS/AED certifications, and pass a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Human Services or related preferred.
• CADAC II certification or ability to obtain within 24 months.
• Bachelor's degree in human services field or related preferred.
• CADAC II+, LAC, LAC-A, LSW or higher certification/licensure or the ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date required.
• Must show/obtain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• The Addiction Recovery Specialist provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility, through outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.
• Available Shift: full-time days, Monday-Friday.
