Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking an Addiction Recovery Specialist at the Pendleton Correctional Facility in Pendleton, Indiana. This full-time position supports inmates with substance use treatment through outpatient services, education, and group counseling on day shift.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in human services and CADAC II+ or LAC/LSW licensure or ability to obtain within 24 months. Candidates must pass background checks, TB screening, CPR/BLS/AED certifications, and security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human services field required.
CADAC II+ or LAC/LAC-A/LSW or higher certification/licensure or ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date.
TB screening documentation and CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and AED certifications required.
Must pass background check and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility.
Deliver outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.
Support program operations and coordinate with clinical and security teams as needed.
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
