• Ensure assigned area is clean, safe, and secure.
• Monitor security controls, equipment, and computers.
• Transport inmates using authorized vehicles.
• Conduct inmate counts, security rounds, and searches.
• Complete required reports and participate on committees.
• Prevent escapes or incidents that threaten security.
• Use force as needed to detain or secure inmates when necessary.
