Job summary

TEAM FX Well Instructor role seeks an energetic group fitness pro to deliver engaging, safe classes across formats in a corporate setting. You will lead mat Pilates, yoga, HIIT, barre, and more, creating an inclusive environment for diverse fitness levels.

Applicants should hold a national group fitness certification and CPR/AED, with 1–2 years of instructional experience. Insurance coverage is required or obtainable before assignments, with strong communication and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nationally recognized group fitness certification.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Professional Liability Insurance required or willing to obtain prior to starting assignments.
• 1–2 years of group fitness instruction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safe exercise technique, class design, and effective modifications.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver authentic group fitness experiences that are safe, effective, and engaging.
• Ensure participants are registered and checked in through the system.
• Prepare class space, equipment, and music in advance and restore post-class.
• Build relationships with participants and foster an engaged following within the corporate fitness community.
• Follow all FX Well policies, safety standards, and dress code.
