BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Corporate Trust Finance Associate in Dallas, TX, to join our Finance & Banking Practice Group. You will represent trustees and collateral agents in complex structured finance transactions, draft and negotiate documents, and provide strategic legal advice.

Qualifications
- JD degree required.
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
- Experience in structured finance preferred.

- Provide legal advice and support on structured finance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

- Demonstrated success in legal practice.
