Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Corporate Travel Agent to join the Corporate Travel team. This is a remote, work-from-home role within our designated territory with a flexible schedule.

You will handle domestic travel requests, manage bookings via SABRE GDS, and ensure cost-efficient itineraries while providing superior client service. The position requires 4+ years travel consultant experience, SABRE GDS proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of active Travel Consultant experience in the past 6 years.
• Experience in Corporate Travel and proficiency in SABRE GDS required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals at the best price.
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear travel-related communication.
• Utilize SABRE GDS to manage corporate bookings.
• Promote fares and suppliers aligned with client policies.
• Maintain professional client relations by timely responses to calls and emails.
• Stay updated on airline rules and industry developments to advise clients.

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a talented Corporate Travel Agent to join our vibrant Corporate Travel team! This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from home within our territory, with a flexible schedule designed to accommodate your needs.

This is a work from home position; however, candidates must live within our territory:

Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, DC, or West Virginia.

**Work Schedule - All hours are Eastern Time

Monday - Friday (9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

• The starting base compensation for this position is $21.78 to $32.26 hourly. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will:

• Fulfill domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating travel-related information.
• Utilize SABRE GDS to manage corporate travel bookings.
• Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies.
• Maintain professional and courteous client relations by promptly responding to telephone and email communications.
• Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs to accurately advise clients.
• Achieve individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of active Travel Consultant experience in the past 6 years.
• 1+ year of international travel experience preferred.
• Experience in Corporate Travel and proficiency in SABRE GDS required.
