Job summary

Travel Leaders Fargo is seeking a detail-oriented travel coordinator to plan and manage corporate itineraries for employees. You will book flights, hotels, cars, and other transport, ensuring alignment with budgets and company policies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously or in a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Understand company values, goals, and objectives.
  • Positive can-do attitude, reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work Monday–Thursday 8–5 and Friday 8–1.

  • Plan, book, and manage travel itineraries for employees (flights, hotels, cars).

  • Offer recommendations to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Prepare and manage travel documents, itineraries, tickets, and insurance.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and expenses.

Responsibilities


  • Plan, book, and manage travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation for employees.

  • Ensure travel arrangements align with company policies and budget constraints.

  • Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best rates and services for the company.

  • Maintain relationships with travel vendors to stay informed about special offers and promotions.

  • Ensure that all travel arrangements comply with corporate travel policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance to employees on travel policies, including allowable expenses and required documentation.

  • Provide assistance to employees with travel-related issues, such as cancellations, changes, and emergencies.

  • Offer recommendations and solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience.

  • Prepare and manage travel documentation, including itineraries, tickets, and travel insurance.

  • Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses.


Skills


  • Ability to learn new software usage

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

  • Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach

  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively

  • Demonstrable ability to handle crises

  • Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred


Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

2 years customer service experience is preferred.
