Small, well-established, full-service Orange County business firm is looking for an experienced and motivated mid‑senior level corporate and/or real estate transactional attorney to join our seasoned team of business lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects effectively and competently to timely completion.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate agreements related to mergers, acquisitions, business capitalization, entity formations and restructurings, and day‑to‑day business contracts.
• Handle corporate governance, M&A transactions, financing and other capital transactions, licensing (foreign and domestic), intellectual property protection, labor and employment compliance/defense, and real property leasing, acquisition, entitlement processing, financing, and disposition.
• Work independently as well as within a team, exercising strong drafting, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Maintain confidence and poise in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
