Job summary

gpac is seeking a motivated Transactional Corporate Attorney to join our Cleveland, OH office. This role targets attorneys with at least two years of corporate transactional experience, offering growth opportunities in a collaborative, client-focused setting.

You will advise on entity formation, governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and support M&A and other corporate transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic guidance for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate transactional experience, including business formations, contracts, and M&A.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to excellent client service, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
