Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• Eligible to obtain CPA, Law License, or EA.
• Three (3) years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing tax compliance and consulting services to middle market corporate clients.
• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to C-Corporations, S-Corporations, and partnerships, including ASC 740 expertise.
• Participate in tax research projects, help draft IRS responses and address inquiries.
• Team with leaders on special projects in various areas of tax.
• Develop client recommendations for leadership discussion.
• Collaborate with specialty tax practices on state/local, international, R&D credits and incentives.
• Learn on-the-job coaching and participate in firm-wide development programs.
• Use entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships internally and with clients.
