Job summary

Itron is seeking a summer tax internship in Liberty Lake, WA. The role offers 40 hours per week with a May/June start and an August/September end, providing hands-on experience in corporate taxation within a global setting.

The intern will assist with tax return prep, tax provisioning, and research while developing professional workplace communication and Excel skills in a real-world environment. On-site two days per week, compensation ranges from $15.87 to $44.23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited Accounting, Tax, or related degree program and currently a senior undergraduate student or enrolled/planning to enroll in a graduate tax-focused accounting program
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, functions, etc.)
• Professional workplace communication skills
• Completion of at least one tax course with demonstrated knowledge of taxation principles.
