Corporate Tax Analyst
The Corporate Tax Analyst will assist with federal and state direct tax compliance processes, interim and annual income tax provision processes under ASC740, and support corporate objectives including cash tax optimization and earnings targets. Additional duties include tax research, financial income tax reporting, tax audit defense, preparation of tax footnotes, and other compliance or ASC740 requirements.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Senior Tax Analyst
Experience: 2+ years in a corporate tax environment (industry, Big 4, or similar)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related business field
