Job summary

MHA Macintyre Hudson LLP is seeking a Corporate Tax professional to manage a diverse client portfolio, prepare tax computations and returns, and deliver advisory projects. The role involves international tax matters, cross-border considerations, and liaising with HMRC.

The successful candidate will have a grounding in UK corporate tax compliance, strong technical skills, and an ambition to develop a long-term career within corporate tax advisory.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in UK corporate tax compliance.
• Exposure to corporate tax advisory and multi-client portfolio.
• Experience with international tax matters and cross-border transactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, from owner-managed businesses to large groups.
• Prepare and review corporation tax computations and returns to deadlines.
• Assist with corporate tax advisory projects and transactions (acquisitions, restructurings).
• Support HMRC enquiries and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with audit, accounts and advisory teams on client solutions.
