Job summary

The IRONMAN Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Corporate Senior Tax Accountant to join our tax team and help manage the U.S. annual consolidated tax provision and corporate income tax returns across multiple states.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external advisors, ensure timely filings, and support international tax filings, tax accruals, and provision calculations while upholding our BE ICONIC culture.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in accounting or finance required.
• Master's degree in accounting or taxation preferred.
• Corporate tax provision and corporate tax compliance experience.
• At least three years of corporate tax experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the U.S. annual consolidated tax provision and corporate income tax returns for ~30 states.
• Support quarterly estimated tax payments and payments coordination.
• Assist with annual tangible property, franchise, and gross receipts tax filings.
• Coordinate international tax filings with global teams and external advisors.
• Prepare tax accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Support tax provision calculations, including book/tax differences, state mods, and tax attributes tracking.
