Tindall Corporation is a leading precast concrete manufacturer with locations across the Southeastern U.S. We seek a seasoned supply chain professional to lead strategic sourcing and procurement, oversee supplier performance, and coordinate cross-division logistics for inbound materials.

You will support demand planning, implement ERP/WMS procedures, and monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory turnover. Travel regionally to plant sites will be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, civil engineering, or business is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with 2+ years managing multi-site or multi-division manufacturing operations.
• Deep familiarity with PCI standards and heavy construction cycles is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement for raw materials across divisions.
• Manage supplier scorecards to track quality, delivery, and cost variances.
• Support/audit raw material receiving, storage, and issue to operations for efficiency.
• Coordinate inbound material logistics across multiple divisions.
• Assist yard storage capacity planning and inventory buffers for JIT delivery.
• Resolve delivery issues with vendors and carriers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Support demand forecasting and production planning aligned with pours and erection schedules.
• Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, freight cost per ton, and inventory turnover.
