Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Spring, TX is seeking a Corporate Strategy & Transformation Intern to work in a hybrid office-and-remote environment, averaging 2 days per week on site. You will support strategic initiatives, conduct research, and analyze data to inform executive recommendations.

You'll collaborate across Finance, Business Units, Sales and Operations, develop executive presentations, and gain exposure to growth strategy, portfolio planning, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong academic performance and interest in corporate strategy, management consulting, finance, technology, or business transformation.
• Prior internship, research, consulting case competition, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic projects related to growth, market opportunities, competitive positioning, and business performance.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis, including market research, financial analysis, benchmarking, and data analytics.
• Assists in the development of executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Supports transformation initiatives that drive operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and business performance improvements across HPE.
• Collects, synthesizes, and communicates insights from internal and external data sources.
