Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a part-time Corporate Security Agent/Emergency Response Agent in Downers Grove, IL to support protective security operations in fast-paced environments.

You will help ensure the safety of protectees and staff, monitor security systems, control access, and collaborate with intelligence and investigations teams. The role requires readiness to work irregular hours, pass background checks, and hold PERC/FOID licenses and CPR/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• PERC and FOID licenses required.
• AHA BLS Provider or CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Pre-employment background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and U.S. passport required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate employees.
• Monitoring security systems and cameras.
• Access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Opportunities for travel/special assignments.
• Build relationships with key staff and employee stakeholders while maintaining discretion.
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Coordinate with intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations centers, and local law enforcement to mitigate threats.
• Detect and report suspicious activity and vulnerabilities.
• Operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, fast-paced environment.
