Base pay range

$100.00/hr - $125.00/hr

Beacon Hill's client, a global law firm, is seeking a securities lawyer with 6+ years of experience managing structured securities offerings for their client's Investment Funds Group.

• Duration: Ongoing, approximately 5+ months
• Location: Remote, but candidates should be based in Arizona or Washington State
• Hours: 40 per week, potential extended hours when needed
• Candidates must be licensed in the state they are living/working from

Qualifications:

Our client is seeking candidates with strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The candidate will represent various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and development of commercial real estate.

Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
