ADP is hiring a National/Corporate Sales professional focused on Compliance Solutions for Mid-Enterprise clients. The role targets new business development and cross-selling within a designated territory, aligning client needs with ADP products and services.

Overview

Join ADP’s world-class sales team to connect with new and existing customers, ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to small start-ups. The compensation package includes base salary and variable components, with extensive training, support, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Reach or exceed assigned sales goals
  • Implement sales strategies
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects
  • Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations with internal and external customers
  • Connect customers' business needs with ADP products and services
  • Cross-sell other ADP solutions to existing clients
  • Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory
Qualifications
  • Five or more years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience working on a sales quota
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas
  • Business-to-business experience in HCM, payroll, HR solutions, HRBPO or talent management
  • Goal oriented with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
  • Strong cold-calling sales ability; assertive, positive, persistent style
  • Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Effective communication across verbal, listening, and written mediums
  • Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge
  • Organized with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • General business acumen, maturity and self-confidence

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary offers may vary by location, skills, and experience. This role may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, retirement savings, wellness program, disability coverage, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days, vacation, and paid volunteer time off. The compensation range is USD $68,400.00 - USD $148,100.00 per year. Actual compensation will comply with applicable wage requirements.
