Buzzi Unicem USA is seeking a Corporate Safety & Health Specialist to lead, implement, and continuously improve safety programs across cement plants and corporate offices. You will collaborate with plant safety teams and leadership to promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce injuries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Sciences, Occupational Safety & Health, or a closely related field.
• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in occupational safety, industrial safety, manufacturing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Safety Audits & Compliance: Conduct safety audits at plants and facilities to evaluate policy and regulatory compliance.
• Workplace Inspections: Inspect environments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Corporate Safety Reporting: Support monthly safety reporting data.
• Safety Program Implementation: Help develop and oversee safety initiatives and procedures.
• Procedures & Continuous Improvement: Develop and improve safety processes for consistency.
• Incident Investigation: Participate in investigations and identify root causes.
• Safety Communication & Training: Prepare safety materials and trainings.
• Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Analyze safety data to identify trends and improvements.
