Job summary

Prairie Farms Dairy in Conroe, TX is seeking a Corporate Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee and support the Quality and Food Safety program across multiple plants. The role collaborates with QA managers and senior leadership to address issues and drive continuous improvement.

Travel to 6-8 manufacturing locations quarterly, conduct internal audits, participate in SQF audits and FDA inspections, and develop training at plants.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Quality Assurance.
• Shall attend GMP, Food Defense Awareness, Allergen Training and all other required Alchemy training modules.
• Shall meet all requirements of SQF Program.
• Shall meet all requirements of the FSMA Preventative Controls program, including PCQI training.

Responsibilities

• Travel to 6-8 manufacturing locations assigned to you, routinely.
• Work closely with QA Managers and top management to develop working relationships for common goals.
• Assist in resolving quality issues at site locations.
• Review complaints for assigned plants and follow up on trends or foreign material mentions.
• Attend SQF Certification Audits and FDA inspections at locations.
• Provide training at plants and update quality and food safety programs.
