Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field with career interest in Product Management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support competitive analysis across product lines.
• Assist with product discontinuation and rationalization through data collection and analysis.
• Analyze product and market data to identify opportunities that support margin improvement.
• Support 2-3 active Product Development Process (PDP) projects across glass and doors.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining product documentation, including product training materials, catalog part-number codes, and KPI tracking. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on shared objectives.
• Actively engage in learning opportunities to gain knowledge about product management methodologies and best practices.
• Deliver a final presentation summarizing internship projects and outcomes.
