Job summary

Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP) is seeking a Corporate and Community Development Manager to build and nurture relationships with corporate and community partners, drive sponsorships and gifts, and actively recruit volunteers to support CEAP’s programs. This hands-on role requires regular in-person engagement and a strong commitment to CEAP’s mission.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate and community partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating volunteer engagement and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CEAP's primary contact and relationship-builder for corporate and community partners.
• Meet regularly with partners to develop and maintain relationships.
• Schedule in-person visits, tours, and meetings to engage partners.
• Develop an engagement strategy that aligns revenue goals with volunteer recruitment.
• Organize corporate volunteerism events and drive participation.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and partners to meet fundraising goals.
