Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience in financial services.
• Experience with NDAs and redlining is required.
• Experience handling large financial transactions is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply edits to corporate documents as requested by attorneys.
• Execute full contract management lifecycle, including tracking countersigned versions of all corporate contracts and status of redline negotiations.
• Assist in preparing basic legal documents, such as NDAs, simple contract mods, and correspondences.
• Submit, maintain and monitor expense reports and vendor payments.
