The accounting Corporate Operations Analyst is responsible for executing core accounting activities that support the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly close and financial reporting processes. This role prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, and maintains financial records across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets. The Corporate Operations Analyst ensures adherence to established accounting policies and internal controls while supporting audit, compliance, and reporting requirements. This role partners with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality and process efficiency.

Foundational understanding of GAAP and ability to apply accounting principles in day‑to‑day activities. Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams and complete assigned tasks. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a structured close environment. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office applications, and strong Excel skills (e.g., formula functions, v-lookup, reconciliations, data organization).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. 1-2 years progressive corporate and operations accounting experience. Construction industry preferred.
Salary range: $82,000 - $92,000
