Job summary

MEDIKO is seeking a Corporate Nurse Educator to develop, implement, and oversee nursing education programs across the organization to ensure staff competency and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with clinical leadership to assess training needs, create educational materials, and support nursing teams.

It also manages the use of healthcare information systems to improve care delivery and evaluates training effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare is required.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations may be required.
• Active CPR/BLS certificate required, if role is located in a correctional facility.

Responsibilities

This role will collaborate with clinical leadership to assess training needs, create educational materials, and provide ongoing support to nursing teams. This role will manage and optimize the use of healthcare information systems to support nursing operations and improve patient care delivery.
