The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions or private equity transactions. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience will also be considered for additional roles within the group.

This role involves engaging in a broad range of corporate and M&A activities, providing legal advice, and participating in client interaction, all within a supportive environment that offers strong mentoring and professional development opportunities.

• Excellent academic credentials and qualifications.
