Corporate M&A Partner or Counsel – Florida | Fully Remote

We are working with an established corporate practice seeking experienced Corporate / M&A attorneys at the Partner and Counsel levels to join a fully remote team based in Florida.

The practice focuses on sophisticated middle-market M&A transactions for private equity funds, family offices, founders, and closely held businesses, with active deal flow, meaningful client interaction, and substantive responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling sophisticated Corporate M&A transactions, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a strong business-minded approach to client service.

Candidates must currently reside in Florida or be willing to relocate to Florida. The position itself is fully remote.
