Job Description

We are seeking a mid‑level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, SantaMonica, NewYork, or Boston. The role focuses on M&A transactions within technology and life‑sciences sectors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
• Active Bar member in the jurisdiction of the office or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive

Benefits and Compensation

Anticipated compensation range: $260,000–$310,000. The actual base salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. Eligible employees may receive a discretionary bonus based on performance.
