Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a Corporate Legal Specialist to provide operational, administrative, and project support to the Legal Department. You will coordinate contract administration, governance activities, entity management, claims administration, and litigation support in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least five years in a legal/ corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in a legal department, law firm, risk management department, corporate governance function, or related business environment.
• Experience supporting contract administration, litigation management, corporate governance, or legal operations for an engineering/consulting company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration, governance, entity management, and legal operations.
• Coordinate certificate of insurance requests and insurance invoices with brokers.
• Maintain entity database and update the corporate org chart; assist with annual reports and CoA renewals.
• Manage Legal Tracker claims and litigation database; coordinate claim review meetings and notices to insurers.
• Maintain legal calendar and schedule department meetings; assist with board reports and governance tasks.
• Assist with due diligence activities and legal training coordination; support internal investigations and disclosures.
