Job summary

Gila River Resorts & Casinos in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Corporate Gaming Slot Systems & Projects Specialist to provide technical, analytical, and administrative support for Gaming Compliance and Technology initiatives.

Reporting to the Corporate Gaming Compliance & Technology Manager, you will coordinate slot projects, maintain documentation, and develop CAD floor layouts while ensuring regulatory readiness and enterprise-wide consistency.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of gaming, project coordination, compliance, and technical support required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and database systems.
• High School Diploma required. Associate's in business, Information Systems, CAD, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes exceptional guest service to internal and external guests.
• Maintain and validate Slot Master, CMS, and related gaming system data for consistency and accuracy.
• Assist property Slot Technical Managers with slot project planning, tracking, and implementation activities.
• Maintain enterprise gaming machine configuration records, PAR sheets, product specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Review manufacturer documentation and prepare machine configuration packages for installations, conversions, relocations, and removals.
• Develop and maintain standardized AutoCAD slot floor layouts based on approved operational and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate shipment schedules, tracking equipment, and deployment documentation with vendors and property teams.
• Maintain centralized repositories for gaming project records, floor plans, compliance documents, and technical references.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities but provides guidance, and best practice recommendations for project organization and execution, to ensure alignment with operational compliance.
• Serves as the primary technical and administrative support position for the Corporate Gaming Compliance & Technology Manager, ensuring documentation, CAD layouts, machine configurations, shipment coordination, and Slot Master records are accurate, organized, and completed on schedule.

What You’ll Accomplish

The Corporate Gaming Slot Systems & Projects Specialist provides technical, analytical, and administrative support for Gaming Compliance and Technology initiatives for Enterprise. Reporting to the Corporate Gaming Compliance & Technology Manager, this position assists with the coordination, execution, tracking, and documentation of slot technology projects, gaming system activities, machine installations, conversions, floor layout updates, and regulatory support functions. The role serves as a corporate resource to property Slot Technical teams by maintaining accurate documentation, standardized processes, project records, and gaming system information that support operational consistency, compliance readiness, and efficient project execution throughout the Enterprise.

This position serves as a corporate resource supporting project execution, compliance readiness and gaming technology initiatives while demonstrating the Gila Way.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, which are intended to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional guest experiences. Other duties may be assigned to support overall business objectives.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
