Our client is hiring a Corporate Finance Coordinator!

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client was founded to make locally grown, great-tasting lettuce that’s available year-round. DESCRIPTION

Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the finance department, including managing financial records, oversight of T&E system, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general office duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the finance team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversight of time and expense entry and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintaining financial records and data rooms, including data entry and reconciliation.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and tracking, generating reports as needed.
  • Coordinating meetings for finance leadership and other members of the management team.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for finance leadership and other members of the management team.
  • Track and reconcile travel expenses and budgets.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Filing and maintaining important financial documents.
  • Ordering and managing inventory of office supplies for all Little Leaf greenhouse locations.
  • Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the finance team.
  • Generating financial reports and presentations as required.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Ensuring adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records for audit purposes.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred; at least 2 years of college experience required.
  • 3+ years professional work experience required.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Familiar with data room management, corporate data room and indexing.
  • Professional and executive presence.
  • Highly trustworthy, discreet and able to manage confidential and proprietary information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.

Must be willing to travel approximately once a quarter for off site meetings.
