Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York City seeks a Corporate Finance Associate with 3–5 years of finance experience in a law firm, stellar academic credentials, and bar admission in the state of practice.

You will advise clients on accessing and deploying capital, participate in debt restructurings, structure financing for stressed and distressed companies, and work on leveraged buyouts and cross-border acquisitions in a highly collegial AmLaw setting with strong pro bono opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of finance experience in a law firm setting.
• Stellar academic credentials.
• Admission to the bar and good standing in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on accessing and deploying capital across borders and industries.
• Participate in debt restructurings for debtors and creditors.
• Structure financing solutions for stressed and distressed companies.
