Job description

We are looking for a highly capable Corporate Event Manager to take ownership of our event programs from concept through execution.

You will plan and manage a diverse portfolio of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, working closely with leadership, employees, clients, speakers, vendors, and external partners.

This is an ideal opportunity for an event professional who enjoys combining strategic planning, creativity, project management, technology, and live-event execution.

What You'll Own
  • Plan and execute corporate conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops, networking events, client events, webinars, and virtual programs.
  • Manage the complete event lifecycle—from initial concept and budgeting through execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, production plans, run-of-show documents, and logistical requirements.
  • Coordinate venues, catering, audiovisual production, technology, transportation, registration, speakers, vendors, and other event partners.
  • Manage virtual and hybrid event platforms, technical rehearsals, presentations, speakers, and live-event production.
  • Lead onsite event operations, including setup, registration, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, event flow, and breakdown.
  • Manage multiple events and priorities while maintaining quality, deadlines, and budget expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, venues, speakers, executives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track attendance, engagement, expenses, feedback, and other event metrics to improve future programs.
  • Identify opportunities to make our events more engaging, efficient, professional, and impactful.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for an organized, confident, and resourceful event professional who can take ownership and make things happen.

Required
  • 3+ years of professional event management or corporate events experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing events from planning through execution.
  • Experience with in-person and virtual events.
  • Strong project-management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, venues, speakers, budgets, and event logistics.
  • Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in fast-moving event environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with corporate conferences, executive events, client events, or industry events.
  • Experience with virtual/hybrid event technology and event-registration platforms.
  • CMP certification or comparable professional credential.
  • Experience working in a technology, SaaS, professional-services, healthcare, or corporate environment.
Hybrid & Onsite Expectations

This is a hybrid position requiring approximately 2-3 days onsite each week.

Additional onsite attendance may be required during major events, rehearsals, venue preparation, setup, execution, and breakdown.

Occasional local or regional travel may also be required based on the event calendar.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $100,000-$120,000 annualized salary
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • $200/month phone & internet stipend
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Family/dependent coverage options
  • 401(k) and applicable company retirement benefits
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Professional development opportunities
  • 12-month initial contract with potential for renewal
Why Join Us?

You’ll have genuine ownership of the events you manage—not simply responsibility for individual logistics.

You’ll work with leadership and cross-functional teams to create professional, engaging experiences across physical and digital environments, while having the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

The initial 12-month contract provides an opportunity to demonstrate your impact, build relationships, and position yourself for continued employment through contract renewal.

If you are an event professional who can turn an idea into a well-executed experience, we want to hear from you.
