Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the IOEE/IOSEE environments with secure, high-performance networking. You will develop requirements, deploy configurations, and lead upgrades across DLA sites, while ensuring STIG compliance and robust monitoring.

The role requires five years of IT experience, top secret style clearance, and CCNP-E with preferred cloud certifications. Remote work with travel and proximity within 50 miles of a DLA location is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive IT experience with at least two projects in the last three years.
• Must possess High Risk, Critical Sensitive, Tier 5/SSBI investigation at proposal time.
• Preferred certifications include CCNP-E and cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/Cloud+).

Responsibilities

• Develop product requirements from inception to conclusion.
• Configure and deploy devices per IOEE/IOSEE standards.
• Implement hardware/software refreshes and upgrades.
• Conduct Site Surveys for space and base infrastructure needs.
• Provide classified network support and coalition network integration.
• Develop monitoring capabilities for real-time situational awareness.
• Travel to DLA sites around 3 times per year for installations and support.

Contingent Upon Contract Award, estimated start date 11/1/2026

Connected Logistics is seeking a Corporate Enterprise Network (WAN): Network Engineer- Senior to assist in providing the core network engineering services needed to manage the ongoing operations, planned upgrades, new technology insertion, and strategic capability development of Information Operations Enterprise Enclave (IOEE) and Information Operations Secure Enterprise Enclave (IOSEE) systems and equipment with the goal of providing a secure, reliable, and high-performance network that effectively enables DLA's business activities. This requires the ability to deploy to any DLA site in support of installation or troubleshooting activities.

• In this role you will work under general supervision, developing the requirements of a product from inception to conclusion. Evaluate and mitigate risk for network STIG compliance
• Configure and deploy devices in accordance with DLA IOEE and IOSEE device configuration standards
• Implement hardware/software technology refreshes and upgrades
• Conduct Site Surveys to determine space requirements, base infrastructure requirements, etc.
• Installation and Design planning
• Classified Network Support (Type-1 encryptors, GEM-X, re-keying procedures)
• Integration with Services and coalition networks as required
• Develop network monitoring capabilities based on industry best network practices and methodologies to maintain real-time situational awareness of the IOEE/IOSEE
• Conduct network engineering planning and analysis
• Test and implementation planning and analysis
• Technical support engineering including, but not limited to:
  • Network service design and installation
  • Equipment testing and validation
  • Video teleconferencing, imaging, training, and staging, and installation
  • Track DLA DISN sub-network assets from their design, development, deployment, implementation, use and eventual deactivation and/or destruction
• Ability to travel around 3 times per year
• Experience: Five (5) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience including at least two projects in technical areas included in the. At least one project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
• At time of proposal the contractor must possess a High Risk, Critical Sensitive, Tier 5/SSBI investigation.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP-E)
• Preferred certifications: include AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Cloud+
