Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Director/Manager of Development Engineering to lead sensor product development for U.S. and global markets. The role involves coordinating embedded firmware and sensor solutions across automotive, commercial, and industrial sectors.

You will manage diverse engineering teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and advance business growth with customers while being willing to relocate to Rockford, IL (Janesville, WI) as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sensor development across automotive, commercial vehicle, off-road, industrial markets.
• Proven ability to manage engineering groups in the U.S. and globally.
• Strong business development and customer-facing skills for sensors.

Requirements:

• Should have a diverse applications for sensors such as automotive, commercial vehicle, off road, industrial or adjacent markets.


• Should have management of engineering groups for both U.S. and globally.


• Should have a good understanding of business development for sensors and customer contact.

Duties:

• You will lead the development of sensor products for the U.S. and global markets.


• This will include developing electronic-based products, incorporating embedded microcontrollers, sensors and firmware.


• Will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to include electrical, firmware, mechanical and systems engineering disciplines.


• Must be willing to relocate to Rockford, IL (Janesville, WI)
