Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Corporate Dining Executive Chef for Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville to lead a high-volume retail café operation, drive culinary innovation, manage food production and cost, and mentor a skilled culinary team.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Services Technology/Management/or related field preferred.
• REQUIRED: Retail/Cafeteria, Restaurant, and Catering experience
• 5+ years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training
• Experience with planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective
• Strong leadership skills and desire to work with an industry leader
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email and the Internet)
• Ability to communicate on various levels including management, departmental, customer and associate

Job Summary

As a Corporate Dining Executive Chef at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, you'll lead a vibrant, high-volume retail café operation while working alongside an exceptional team. You'll drive culinary innovation, oversee safe and efficient food production, and shape an on‑trend dining experience for guests and staff.
