First Interstate Bank is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to support the bank’s corporate development function. You will develop and maintain financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and assist in M&A and divestiture activities.
You will conduct competitive analysis, support due diligence, and prepare reports for executives. This role offers a hybrid work model with base salary between $91,300 and $150,700 and a comprehensive benefits package.
This is a hybrid work model and may be based in Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, or Wyoming.
The Corporate Development Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the bank’s corporate development function. This position will develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and conduct competitive analysis to improve the bank’s financial performance. Additionally, this position will assist in the identification and execution of M&A and divestiture activity, including supporting the due diligence process and also supports certain investor relations functions.

We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $91,300.00 to $150,700.00 per year (in CO & WA) and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, this role is eligible to receive annual discretionary cash bonuses.
