As part of Ecolab’s Corporate Development team, the Corporate Development Manager is responsible for evaluating M&A opportunities and investments, preparing complex financial valuation models and analyzing strategic fit. The role also supports the preparation of materials for executive management review, coordination of the due diligence process and supporting negotiations.

This is a high-visibility position requiring analytical thinking, excellent project management skills, an understanding of M&A concepts, and strong attention to detail.

What You Will Do:

Preferred Qualifications:

• CFA or CPA
• Corporate development, strategic planning, consulting, finance, private equity and/or investment banking
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and organization skills, high attention to detail, the ability to work independently

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $107,600.00 - $161,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
