Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Corporate Debt Finance Associate with 3 to 4 years of experience to join the Corporate Finance and Lending team. The preferred locations are Atlanta, Miami, or New York, with flexibility for Eastern Time Zone offices.

Responsibilities include negotiating and documenting complex financing transactions, representing sponsors, portfolio companies and lenders, and collaborating with deal teams on sophisticated corporate finance matters.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in debt finance transactions.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Bar admission in FL, GA, or NY or eligible for prompt admission.
