Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a culinary product development intern to join our culinary innovation team. As the intern for our culinary innovation team, you will be responsible for working on a specific project during your time here (to be assign at the start of intern program). In addition to your project, you will support the culinary team with a variety of responsibilities.
Your experience will be project based, with projects varying depending on current business needs. As an intern you can expect to gain valuable experience and insight. At conclusion of Internship, you are expected to prepare a final presentation on the results of your assigned project(s) and will present your findings to members of the corporate management team.
The hourly range for this role is $23.00. Offers are typically made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on skills, experience, and internal equity. In rare cases, highly qualified candidates may receive an offer above the midpoint; however, offers at the maximum of the range are not customary. The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. Base salary is one component of OSI’s overall total rewards package. Other components may include bonuses, special pay programs, comprehensive time off, 401k with match, and a full suite of benefit offerings for you and your family.
