Job summary

Realtime Associates, based in Stamford, CT, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support North American operations. The role combines strategic guidance with practical execution in a lean legal team.

The Corporate Counsel will report to the General Counsel and handle a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, governance, and regulatory compliance, with a hybrid in-office schedule (3 days/week).

Qualifications

• J.D. and bar admission in at least one U.S. state (prefer NY or CT).
• 4–8 years of experience in corporate or commercial practice at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong contract-drafting and negotiation skills.
• Business-minded and comfortable communicating with executives and non-lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Advise internal clients on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory issues.
• Support M&A, joint-venture, and financing activities.
