Qualifications

• 5+ years navigating the politics that general work attracts.
• Familiarity with the Laramie market and local general landscape.
• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action.
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics.
• A point of view on Blumhouse's space, sharpened by your own reading.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written.
• Willingness to relocate to Laramie, WY, or to make remote work.

Responsibilities

• Meet established deadlines while upholding Blumhouse quality standards
• Stitch together Bluebook and Contract Review into one coherent workflow
• Make peace with feedback-driven ambiguity and ship anyway
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge
• Champion a positive, collaborative culture throughout the Laramie, WY office
• Write the Contract Review runbook the next hire wishes they had
• Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room
