Job summary

Qualifications

  • JD required and licensed to practice in the United States.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or banking law.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in management of outside litigation and liaise with outside counsel.
  • Provide legal analysis on banking and commercial law issues and advise business leaders.
  • Review material contracts, licensing agreements, deeds and leases.
  • Support development and maintenance of Legal Department policies and procedures.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews in connection with potential acquisitions.
