Barry-Wehmiller seeks a pragmatic Corporate Counsel to strengthen our world-class, people-centric practices in a growing global organization. You will join a small, focused Legal and Risk team and serve as a trusted partner to corporate and divisional leaders, advising on a broad range of commercial and governance matters.
You will lead contract reviews, negotiate complex agreements, oversee KYC requests, and collaborate with the International Finance Team and BW Property Group.

We are looking for a pragmatic, conscientious attorney to fill our Corporate Counsel position to develop and strengthen world-class, people-centric practices at our well-balanced, financially solid, rapid-growth, global organization. As a member of the corporate legal team reporting directly to the VP & Corporate Counsel, you will be a part of a small, focused Legal and Risk team, and serve as a valued partner to corporate and divisional leaders. Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice and support on a broad range of commercial and corporate governance matters facing a global supplier of manufacturing technology and services. You enjoy leading both people and projects. You are a strategic leader, with experience in an in-house legal department or a corporate law department at a law firm.
Supervise paralegal in corporate governance reporting and filing responsibilities.
Occasional domestic and/or global travel may be required for this position (no more than 10%).
