Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in consolidation at a large multi-national company.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement consolidation principles.
• Familiarity with SOX 404 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead TKO Corporate Consolidation workstreams across business units.
• Strengthen the TKO Corporate Consolidation process.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
