Pearson in the United States is seeking a Lead Specialist, Corporate Communications, a strategic, hands-on role covering integrated and executive communications across the enterprise.

You will shape narratives, prepare leaders, and align communications with virtual learning and AI initiatives, working remotely with a global Pearson team.

This position offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities to influence reputation across customers, employees, policymakers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience across Corporate/Strategic/Integrated Communications.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Strong storytelling and audience adaptation skills.
• Experience with executive communications and leadership events.
• Experience handling issues and crisis communications.

Responsabilités

• Lead proactive and reactive communications across PR, internal comms, social, customer comms, public affairs and crisis.
• Develop narratives and messaging aligned to Pearson's priorities.
• Support Virtual Learning and related AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Media Relations, Government Relations and HR.
• Prepare senior leaders for media opportunities and events.
• Monitor media sentiment and reputational risks; inform strategies.
