The Responsible Business team, part of U.S. Corporate Citizenship, focuses on the intersection of TD's business with communities, reputation, regulation, and growth. The team understands evolving stakeholder expectations, and pursues opportunities that create value for both communities and the business. Reporting to the Head of Responsible Business, the Manager, Advisory Engagement & Stakeholder Intelligence leads external advisory engagement and stakeholder insight activities. This role manages national and local advisory groups, coordinates executive-level engagements, and builds strong, ongoing relationships with community partners and other external stakeholders. The Manager synthesizes stakeholder feedback into actionable insights that inform business planning, risk management, community impact, and responsible business priorities. The role also maintains governance, documentation, and cross-functional follow-through to support consistent, credible, and responsive engagement.

The Corporate Citizenship Manager manages/leads the development and/or execution of community / environment plans/ programs/ projects/ strategies consistent with TD's enterprise strategies.

Depth & Scope

• Manages multiple community/environment programs/projects/initiatives of moderate scope and complexity
• Highly seasoned community/environment professional role requiring substantial knowledge/expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areas
• Integrates knowledge of the enterprise sub-function's or business line's overarching strategy in developing solutions across multiple functions
• Interprets internal/external business challenges and the industry environment, recommends courses of action and best practices to improve products, processes, or services
• Acts as a technical expert/lead, integrating cross-function understanding within own field of specialty
• Independently manages end-to-end functional programs
• Communicates difficult concepts; converts information to compelling business context and advice; influences and gains alignment across increasingly senior stakeholders
• Works autonomously as the lead and guides others within area of expertise

Education & Experience

• Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations or equivalent required
• 7+ years relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of multiple marketing principles and disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry and product/customer markets
• Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
• Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, and regulations
• Knowledge and understanding of process improvement methodologies
• Ability to manage a budget and work within the constraints of that budget
• Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the function and provide advice to senior leadership
• Skill in mentoring, coaching and performance management
• Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of initiatives
• Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
