Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services, LLC is seeking a Corporate Driver to transport executives and family members to events and destinations. The role is part-time and on-call with open availability seven days a week; pay is determined by experience.

You will operate luxury sedans and SUVs, communicate professionally, maintain confidentiality, and navigate routes with GPS to ensure safe, timely travel to meetings, airports, and social events.

Responsibilities

• Operate luxury vehicles (sedans/SUVs) for executives and family members.
• Communicate effectively by phone, text, and email with high-profile clients.
• Navigate local traffic, follow safety regulations and security protocols.
• Plan routes with or without GPS; avoid traffic and hazards.
• Stay informed about weather conditions affecting trips and provide updates.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, safe, and compliant condition.
• Coordinate with executive assistants for travel schedules and special requests.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Five years of related experience (preferred)

Job Description

The Corporate Driver will transport Executives and family members to a designated location and drive them to and from events and destinations.

The position is part-time, on call, as needed. Candidates must have open availability, 7 days per week, days and evenings. Pay will be determined upon experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Excellent driving skills in a variety of luxury vehicles (both sedans and SUVs)
• Strong ability to communicate by phone, text and email, especially with high-profile clients
• Knowledge of local traffic patterns, driving laws/safety regulations and security protocols
• Ability to navigate with and without the use of GPS or maps, avoiding traffic jams and road hazards
• Keeping abreast of any weather conditionsortrends that may affect the trip or activities and providing proactive updates and insights.
• Flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights.
• Capable of handling emergencies such as accidents, breakdowns and medical issues
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times regarding business and personal information.
• Driving to various locations, such as meetings, conferences, social events or airports, in a safe, timely and professional manner
• Ensuring that the vehicle is well-maintained, clean and comfortable, and that the vehicle complies with all state and federal driving laws
• Handling special requests, such as stocking the vehicle with food or beverages or waiting at a certain location for appointments without a set end time
• Coordinate with executive assistants to confirm schedules and any special travel needs.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to operate any vehicle safely.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Five years of related experience highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods driving a vehicle.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds to assist with luggage as required
