Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Corporate Capital Markets Associate with 3–4 years of securities and capital markets experience to join its Corporate Practice Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves handling Exchange Act filings, securities offerings, and governance advisory.

The successful candidate will have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the Florida jurisdiction.
